At the Head of Our Class
When a respected university wanted to create targeted marketing material on-the-fly, they enlisted our variable content publisher, which streams together content and images from a library of available data to create mailings that will speak directly to the needs of every individual recipient. By leveraging their existing data, DPS gives them the ability to generate unique brochures that highlight academic, athletic, and cultural offerings and advantages — showcasing exactly what each prospective student will find interesting.

Go Right to the Source
One of the largest custodians of mutual funds tapped DPS to provide its clients with a more efficient way to produce printed materials that would not only generate less paperwork, but would also shorten the timeline of dozens of edit cycles. Now, instead of handwriting edits, changes are made electronically, directly at the source of the information: their existing financial reporting system. New files are generated within minutes, in the client’s approved style. True typeset drafts in multiple version history options and SEC-compliant HTML files are produced simultaneously.

In the Who's Who of Data Publishing
A major legal firm with multiple offices in China, Japan, the UK, and the US sought out DPS to tackle their extensive collection of corporate directories. Our rules-based data publishing engine, which can categorize any variable data field, gave them the ability to import their existing data to publish selected content out to multiple document types, automatically creating internal, external, regional, and global directories.

Many Happy Returns
When the SEC mandated XBRL risk and return filings for mutual fund companies, DPS responded by creating the first end-to-end content management automated typesetting and XBRL typesetting system that generates all required documents, including XBRL risk and return. Best of all, the interface is so simple, end users need only the most basic Microsoft Office skills to get started.
